How do I register for access?
Customers with an existing account with Genie, or other Terex brands, are welcome to request access to our online parts store where they will be able to view and purchase from across a wide range of product offerings. To request access, Please reach out to Genie Customer Support for your region.
What should I do if I cannot log in?
Your login ID will be the Email Address linked to your user account. For active users of our legacy GoGenieLift platform an account was pre-registered for all active users to the email address we had on file. Please follow the steps listed here if you are unable to login to your account.
  1. Try resetting your login by clicking “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email with a reset link.
  2. If you still cannot login, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
